UX Process
As the team scales and connection with cross-functional teams increases its essential to have a clear set UX processes to manage the work effectively. At a business level, it’s imperative to show how all teams integrate to take advantage of our UX teams, reduce dependency, and create more well-rounded, successful products.
I designed a digital process board to capture the status and progress of individual streams, which gets reviewed and updated every Monday.
The digital process board
This board helps establish clear roles and responsibilities within our team, which creates transparency and empowers individuals to act individually. This also serves as deliverable checklist at each stage
Intake
The new requirements are created or pulled from backlog. Every requirement gets initiated via the intake forum, which gets reviewed and prioritized by the digital design team.
Execute
Follow a user-centric design approach that includes key checkpoints: frame the problems/opportunities, research, design, validate and deliver.
Support
All the design feature that gets built needs close attention and periodic reviews.
Measure
Six months post-launch, return to measure the KPIs and assess if further enhancements are required.

Rituals
Regular cadence and rituals are a vital part of any team. Planning recurring meetings helps to make effective use of everybody's time.
